Solent Mind are committed to Mayfield, to Weston and to supporting local wellbeing.
Over the summer, we will stop selling most outdoor plants. This has been a difficult decision, but it is one we have had to make to help protect Mayfield’s future. The café will stay open as normal. We will also continue to offer selected plants, compost, gifts and retail items, and seasonal bedding plants.

From August to October, we will sell the majority of our outdoor stock. This is not a closing down sale. It is part of a planned change as we make space for Mayfield’s next chapter.
Mayfield means a lot to many people. We want it to continue to be a welcoming place where people can meet, connect, volunteer, take part in activities and feel supported.

In the autumn, we will ask local people to help shape the future of the outdoor space. We want the Weston community to have a real say in what comes next. What people tell us will help us plan Mayfield’s future and seek the funding needed to make the new vision happen.
